Scholarships
The Institutional Cooperation between Ministry of Infrastructure (mis) in Timor-Leste and the Norwegian Water and Resources and Energy Directorate (nve) is pleased to announce that scholarships to study Bachelor and Master degrees in areas relevant to the Energy and Hydropower sector will be awarded in 2010, for study to commence in 2011.

Under-graduate scholarships
Up to six scholarships to study Bachelor degrees will be awarded.
If you are a Timor-Leste Citizen and have graduated from senior high school with a average final grade of 6.5 (6.0) you are welcome to apply for these scholarships.

Post-graduate scholarships
Up to four scholarships to study Master degrees will be awarded.
If you are a permanent employee in the government of Timor-Leste in one of the following directorates you are welcome to apply: Sec. of State for Electricity, Water and Urbanization; Sec. of State for Energy Policy; Sec. of State for the Environment and the General Directorate of Cooperative Services in the Ministry of Infrastructure, Timor-Leste.
